I moved your post to it's own discussion since you're encountering this issue with a different financial institution.
If you are getting a blank browser page when trying to connect/reconnect your Citibank account, then please try turning off any VPN you have active. If the issue persists, please try pausing or temporarily disabling any browser extensions you are using (ad blockers and pop up blockers are the most likely to cause issues). If the issue persists, try temporarily setting a different browser as your default browser and see if you're able to connect/reconnect your Citibank account using that alternate browser.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What issue are you encountering when trying to connect to Citibank? When did the issue start? Is this happening when trying to add a new account, or update accounts that are already connected in your Quicken Simplifi? Are you seeing any error messages/codes?
