Simplifi - Problem with Citibank asking for constant re authentication
For the last week or so, every time I sign into Simplifi, I have to re authenticate. I have two accounts with Citibank. The last time I reautheticated, I accidentally put in the wrong credentials on each. I went in and disconnected and put in the correct credentials. For one account it worked and for now I am connected. For the other, it created a brand new account. I tried disconnecting again, and now I have three accounts!
I need help in two ways. First what is going on with Citibank?
Second, how do I consolidate the three accounts (all have the same account number - there are not really three it just shows three on Simplifi.

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you may have accidentally created 2 new accounts instead of linking to the original account when you disconnected and reconnected. I would suggest to delete the 2 new accounts and link the original account through the Add Account flow. This article explains how to link accounts in Quicken Simplifi:
