[UPDATED] 7/9/24: Impact 401(K) & Principal Residential Mortgage returning a 108 error

We are currently seeing an issue with Impact 401(K) & Principal Residential Mortgage returning a 108 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

    UPDATED 9/18/24

    Impact 401(K) has been removed from Quicken Simplifi, as the issue with connecting is due to the employer not permitting us to access the account information, so users have to sign into Principal directly to access that info. We suggest having users contact the bank directly to help make them aware of the issue.
