I want to get off an obsolete Mac desktop on to a mobile based only solution.

Is using Simplifi a good solution?

Yes. The app is solid and will let you do almost all tasks except upload manual transactions. When doing in-depth analysis, the web browser is better to dig down into your spending habits.

Yes, but this is both mobile and web so you could still access your data from the desktop. The web version may have a few more abilities than the mobile app (like seeing subcategories on total spending report). I like QS for my needs.

@Traingeekquicken Yes, it is exactly why I went with Simplifi but I am still paying for Quicken Classic as well. LOL. I had planned to replace my iMac with an iPad Pro, but now I think I will get another iMac so there I go again.
