Track Days Since Last Paid Bill and Display on Dashboard (edited)

For each account I want to optionally track how many days it has been since I last paid the bill.

I want on my dashboard the ability to filter for items that have not been paid in X days so I can quickly pay them.

Also, I would like to set a threshold dollar amount over which the payment would be included so that if I have a minimum payment set up on a credit card, that payment would not be included as having been paid recently since it wasn't paid in full.
