American Express Broken After Adding a New Credit Card

American Express was working fine, but we got a new Credit Card. After going through the process of adding the new Credit Card, Amex no longer updates. The new CC also never downloaded any transactions, but is an account now.

We have lost connectivity to 7 of your accounts. To restore connectivity, you must reconnect with your FI.

    @CericRushmore, thanks for reaching out!

    I'd suggest following these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with American Express, and also generate a new OAuth token:

    1. Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
    2. While on the bank's website, also make sure the new credit card account is authorized for third-party access.
    3. Navigate back to Quicken Simplifi and make all of your Amex accounts manual by following the steps here.
    4. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    5. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

    Let us know how it goes!
