Error FDP-187 during login for Firefighters First CU on Quicken Simplifi

Hello Everyone,

I have been receiving this error for the past few weeks.

I enter my login info and the OTP options come up, I have tried all the options Text, Email, Phone call and every time I enter the code it pops up with error code FDP-187. I can't seem to figure this out. Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Hello @freddyadu,

    Thanks for reaching out! Typically users receive this error if they've entered an invalid MFA code. Before we get into troubleshooting, could you let us know if you are adding the account for the first time in Quicken Simplifi or updating the account?

    It was the first time, but it seems to be working now.
