Trouble Connecting My PNC Account

Hello…

I've been trying to connect my PNC account to Simplifi. No luck. I've even tried Incognito in Chrome, Brave, and Firefox. I've tried the first 3 available options (Direct Connect, Web Connect, and Virtual Wallet). None of the others apply. What am I missing? I just get the attached error message. PNC Customer Support was of no help.

    Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing a recent connection attempt from you for PNC on our side. Are you receiving an error code when attempting to connect?

    Unfortunately, no. I did, however, schedule a call for Thursday with a Simplifi advisor. Hopefully that will tell me if there is another issue. Thanks for the quick reply, Coach.

    Thanks for letting us know about your call tomorrow. We noticed that in this original post, we were unable to see whatever attachment you tried attaching previously. If you do not mind, could you try sharing that attachment again?
