Unable to connect to T. Rowe Price Retirement Plans at this time
I have not be able to connect to my T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan for over 5 days. The code is "Care Code: not.found".

Thanks for reaching out! Let's have you try with a fresh connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!

Your suggestion did not work. I am still unable to access my account. I was successfully able to access my T Rowe Price account on the TRP site and through the mobile app.

- Is Quicken Simplifi asking you to complete MFA?
- Are you receiving the code?
- What method are you using (SMS, call, etc.)?
- Have you tried changing how you receive your MFA code?

- Have you tried changing how you receive your MFA code? I have not. The SMS code looks like it is accepted and I receive a message re which TRP accounts I want to pull into Simplifi. I then uncheck 2 out of 3 choices. After this step, I received the message above that I was unable to connect.
I signed on to the TRP site and changed my security setting so that I am not presented with MFA each time I sign on. I was then able to add my TRP account to Simplifi.
Unfortunately, my Vanguard account is now inaccessible. After experiencing this, I signed on to my Vanguard account and changed my account to the same setting as my TRP account. This did not resolve my issue. The message I am receiving for Vanguard is "We are unable to connect to Vanguard - Personal Investors at this time. Please try again later. Care Code: FDP-105"

I was able to reconnect to TRP and Vanguard. All is good. Thanks so much for your help.
