Rules not working

hello. I have been struggling with this rule. A transaction will post as “-visa Cash App*kristinsan Franciscca” and using rules I can never seem to get it to appropriately work using “cash” “app” and “kristin” as keywords.

Photos attached. I would like to match on the “kristin” part but everything after can be different each transaction.

Can this be done?

    Hello @scrabbledad,

    Thanks for reaching out! I believe that the rule in this case is not applying correctly because "kristin" is not being found within the payee you listed. The payee reads as "-visa Cash App*kristinsan Franciscca 07/12 Card 9844", with "kristin" being located within a longer name/word.
