To connect to UBS One Source - Texas Instruments, you must re-enter your credentials. If that does not work, try entering them on the website at UBS One Source - Texas Instruments to ensure they are correct.

Care Code: FDP-103

I've confirmed they are correct. I have updated both username and password just in case something in the system was stuck but no change in the response from Simplifi. If I put in a wrong username / password intentionally, it gave a different error. Now however it won't even try to submit credentials and just hangs.

One item I notice is that in the Simplifi interface it asks for "Employee ID" which is not what it asks for in the UBS One Source page ("User name") - I'm wondering if maybe the Simplifi connection needs to be updated?

@klarosa, thanks for posting to the Community!

To troubleshoot the FDP-103 error, please thoroughly follow all of these steps:

    1. Verify the bank selected is the correct instance - Your bank may have several different instance that can be see in the Add Account bank list, so be sure to ensure that you're using the correct one. If you're unsure, please reach out to support team.
    2. Verify that you're login information is correct - Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
    3. Verify your login at the bank’s website – Try to sign in to your bank’s website using the same login credentials to ensure you've not locked yourself out of the account and that the credentials are still valid.
    4. Check for an app-specific password – Some banks require users to use a specific app password when connecting to a third party. Check with your bank to see if you need to use an app-specific password.
    5. Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect to Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.

You can also try clicking on the URL displayed for UBS One Source - Texas Instruments in Quicken Simplifi to see if you're able to sign into the new tab that opens for the bank's website. This helps determine if you're selecting the correct instance (number 1 above).

Let us know how it goes!
