If you're using the "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" option to connect your Fidelity Visa account in Quicken Simplifi, pending transactions will not download. This is outlined in our support article here:
There is a new Finicity option for Fidelity that you can try, though I'm not sure if pending transactions will download with that bank option either. If you want to try it, you may do so by following these steps:
- Make the account manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank and choose the "Fidelity Investments" option that shows "akoya.com" for the URL.
- Carefully link the account found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account by following the steps here.
