I'm also within the 30 days and have been going round and round in the system trying to cancel, and sending emails. It seems like they don't want to know!

If you're having trouble cancelling through the website, then the simplest way to cancel is to contact Quicken Simplifi Support via phone or live chat. Please see this article for their contact information:
Our Chat Support hours are seven days a week from 5 am - 5 pm PST. Phone Support is available Monday - Friday during the same hours.
