Care code: FDP-185 TIAA CREF and Fidelity Investments Care code: FDP-101

I have been unable to connect to my TIAA and Fidelity accounts for a couple weeks now. I have seen this problem previously but cleared up after a couple of weeks.

Seriously why am I paying for this app when it doesnt work consistently? And I see many others on here having the same issue.

Thanks for reaching out! Your recent connection attempt for TIAA looks like it was successful on our side. Are you getting a specific error for that financial institution?

As for Fidelity, I can see that you are getting an FDP-101 error code for Fidelity Inv & Retirement. We do have a known issue you can follow for updates here for this issue:
