Imported transactions not showing under Transaction Activity (edited)

Hopefully the title here is self-explanatory. I imported transactions in a .csv file per the import function. The transactions are not showing under Transaction Activity, even though I've refreshed multiple times.

    Thanks for reaching out! As per our help article on manually importing transactions into Quicken Simplifi, we generally recommend downloading and using our CSV template to avoid any issues with importing.     Also, check your transaction history display settings (since 20xx). Sometimes the starting display date is set after the transaction history import dates. I had to modify the since 20xx setting to show all my imported transactions since 2014, which is the starting year of my dataset.
