Amount Matching: Ability to manually set the range for 'Limited Range' (edited)

As of now, the "limited range" criteria for specifying a value for a recurring charge is preset to +/- 15%. It would be helpful to add functionality for the user to input their own custom range, in order to automatically select specific transactions more easily.
