Saving goals not factored into Projected Cash Flow?

Apparently, the Projected Cash Flow graph does not deduct the monthly contributions used for a Saving Goal. Personally, I would not want the cash "set-aside" for a Savings Goal to be considered part of the available cash flow. Can an option be created to allow for this?
