"You have already added all your accounts" message with Capital One (edited)

As of this morning (August 10), I am unable to connect with my CapitalOne credit card account. Authorized via CapitalOne, but Simplifi tells me "You have already added all of your accounts at this bank".

Is anyone else having this issue? Is it possibly related to the changes in the OAuth API?
