At one time I had my JetBlue account connected to Simplifi, but now my credentials are being denied even though I am able to access my JetBlue accounts directly:

Any suggestions for fixing other than keep waiting? Thank you.

    Hello @dmack333,

To start troubleshooting an invalid credentials error, please follow these steps:

    • Verify that your login information is correct.
      • Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
    • Verify your login at the bank’s website – Try to sign in to your bank’s website using the same login credentials to ensure you've not locked yourself out of the account and that the credentials are still valid.
    • Check for an app-specific password – Some banks require users to use a specific app password when connecting to a third party. Check with your bank to see if you need to use an app-specific password.
    • Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect to Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.

Please let me know how it goes!

Thank you @Coach Kristina. Here's what worked for me:

    1. Both my wife and I have separate Barclays JetBlue MasterCard accounts. I removed them both from Quicken Simplifi (Warning: I lost all custom transaction categorization and notes I had meticulously updated each week when I did the bills, so be forewarned.)
    2. I added my account back to Simplifi after a week (my account is 24 characters and uses some of the symbols you recommended that I don't use.)
    3. I wasn't able to add my wife's account back until she updated her JetBlue account password from 32 to 24 characters (her password does not contain the symbols you recommended avoiding.)
    4. My wife made sure that she could log into her JetBlue account with the updated password and then logged out.

For whatever reason, I wasn't able to connect both account under the same JetBlue Business Card institution like I do with other financial institutions we have individual accounts with, but at least Simplifi is now pulling in transactions from our accounts.

Also, for whatever reason, transactions for my JetBlue account were restored up to the start of the year (January 2, 2024), while transactions for my wife's JetBlue account were only restored up to May 20, 2024, even though we both opened our JetBlue accounts at the same time four years ago. I made sure all Simplifi filters were off. Luckily I do export our transactions from Simplifi quarterly as backups.

All in all though, I'm happy new JetBlue transactions are coming through to Simplifi. Not sure what caused the interruption or if/when it will happen again. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
