Capital One connection issues
Hi, since Saturday August 10, my Capital One credit card account stopped updating. It worked fine for months before. I tried resetting the connection via Settings/Accounts prompting me to sign into my Capital One account and authorizing the account. I get a message ‘your accounts are up-to-date’ but it’s not working, the account is shows ‘Disconnected’. I’m reluctant to delete institution or the account as it says it will delete all account transactions. Of course I want to keep all the transactions. Please help!

Hi Jon, sure attached all the screenshots. After this sequence the account still shows ‘disconnected’.

Thanks but I’m not getting this messsage ‘Cards - "You have already added all your accounts". It just keeps showing ‘Disconnected’ for my Capital One card account despite resetting connection, see screenshots.

Thanks for the reply. Based on the screenshots you sent in, it looks like you are experiencing the known issue we have a new alert for. I would suggest following the alert, as we will be posting updates there as we receive them.

Ok I’ve signed up for the alerts. In the meantime, as I’m not getting that actual message “You have already added all your accounts”, can I experiment with either disconnecting and reconnecting the institution or deleting and adding the account, without either of those steps deleting all historical Capital One transactions?
