Capital One connection issues

Hi, since Saturday August 10, my Capital One credit card account stopped updating. It worked fine for months before. I tried resetting the connection via Settings/Accounts prompting me to sign into my Capital One account and authorizing the account. I get a message ‘your accounts are up-to-date’ but it’s not working, the account is shows ‘Disconnected’. I’m reluctant to delete institution or the account as it says it will delete all account transactions. Of course I want to keep all the transactions. Please help!
