Android Tablet portrait orientation errors
Seems to have started in the last few days, I first noticed it last night but it may have been a day or two since I had used my tablet to look at something that has a problem.
Google Pixel tablet if that in any way matters, using the app not the website.
Normally, portrait is the way to go because if you try to use it in landscape you just get a portrait view shrunken down to the available height.
Issue 1: Going to the transaction list, I just get an "Error could not load. Try again." screen. Trying again does nothing but bring me back to the same place. If I go to another screen, switch to landscape, and then come back to the transaction list it loads normally. Rotating back to portrait while already on the transaction list brings me back to the error.
Issue 2: Some screens are getting cut off horizontally in portrait mode. I don't have an exhaustive list, but I first noticed this under Investments > Performance. In portrait it looked like it was outdated by about a week because the most recent part of the graph was from Aug 7th, even though my balance looked correct. But in reality what was happening was the right portion of the graph was getting cut off. Rotating to landscape mode showed me the whole graph, so its some sort of display issue in portrait. I don't know if similar cutoffs are happening on other screens, I didn't go through every single one to check which are fine and which are missing details.
Neither of these issues are encountered on my phone, unsure if that is because phones have a different aspect ratio.

@Wedo778, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
Unfortunately, since we don't offer tablet support for the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App, we won't be able to do any real troubleshooting or escalating. Instead, we recommend using the Quicken Simplifi Web App from your tablet's browser for a better and supported experience. If you'd like to continue using the Mobile App on your tablet, we can suggest basic things like trying an uninstall/reinstall, but won't be able to do much past that.
Sorry for not having a better answer, but I hope this helps!

@Coach Natalie Well thats disappointing but thanks for letting me know.
I've been using it on tablet for almost a year with no issues until now. I searched and saw a feature request for iPad support but assumed that was because that specific tablet wasn't supported and Android was.
Sadly, Simplifi is largely nonfunctional in the browser on a tablet. EX I can't edit a transaction because the edit popup is larger than the screen and does not allow scrolling. I went as far as clearing my cache and it didnt help so I guess I'll cross my fingers that uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the display issues. Not having access here will be a major hit for me as its where I access 50% of the time

@Wedo778, thanks for the reply!
We do have a request here for general tablet support:
I've heard that our product team is working on a native iPad app, but nothing for Android or other devices yet. Hopefully we will see tablet support across the board in the future! In the meantime, let us know if the uninstall/reinstall fixes things for you in case it helps other users.

It fixed the biggest problem, The transaction list erroring out. But the graph issues remain. I'm guessing something about this week's web update doesn't play well with different aspect ratios.
