Second United Wholesale Mortgage URL

United Wholesale Mortgage has 2 different places mortgages are services and therefore uses two URLs:

  1. https://account.myuwmloan.com/  <--- this one exists in Simplifi
  2. https://uwm.loanadministration.com/uwm/#/login <--- this one does not 

I would like to be able to use the second URL.

We are working to establish this connection in Simplifi, however, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to support a requested bank.

    Thanks for posting!

    As mentioned in one of those links that you provided above, it looks like United Wholesale Mortgage with the URL of https://uwm.loanadministration.com has already been requested. However, we did not have an official 'Missing Financial Institution' post here in the Community for our Users to follow for updates.

    With that being said, I have gone ahead and turned this post into a Missing Financial Institution post and have updated the status accordingly. Although we can't guarantee that a requested bank connection will be established, please be sure to continue following along here for future updates.

    I’ve had no success linking my United Wholesale Mortgage account.  This is one of the nation’s top mortgage servicers.  Any guidance?  I don’t have much use for this app if I can connect my mortgage.

    This is the link that should be used for United Wholesale.  United Wholesale Mortgage - Login (loanadministration.com), not the one Simplifi currently has installed.

    If https://amerihome.loanadministration.com/amerihome/#/login can work, why can't the other UWM website be added? They're effectively the same website, as I've used both of them.

    I just joined Simplifi and am already considering canceling after seeing that one of the nation’s top mortgage providers still is not supported. Is this item even on your product development team’s roadmap?


    The lack of transparency here is concerning for those of us looking for alternatives to mint.

    To answer your question, yes, there is a manual way to add a transaction. Click this link for information on how to do that. If you don't have the account in your Quicken Simplifi yet, you can also create a manual account. Click here for instructions on how to do that.

    Adding my name to the list of people who would like the uwm.loanadministration.com url to be added to simplifi. I just signed up for simplifi and it's a bit surprising that this request is so old. I'm sort of stuck now since I apparently have to manually assess my finances since my largest asset/liability is missing from my simplifi portfolio.

    Bumping this 2 year old request. I have the same issue as this is the only account I cannot add to Simplifi. Is there something the community can do to help push this request to completion? It would greatly help track my overall portfolio.
