    This fix does not connect to Fidelity in my Simplify access.

    @cfrcpa4925, thanks for posting to the Community!

    When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I don't see that you've attempted to connect to the new Fidelity Akoya option that's on Finicity. If you want to use the workaround of linking your Fidelity accounts to the Finicity option, you will want to follow the steps in our support article for Fidelity:

  • I haven’t been able to connect to fidelity for over a month.
    There was another thread since more than a month about fidelity not connecting, the Simplifi team have conveniently closed the thread. It’s a pretty shady thing to do.
    I most likely will find another better software for budgeting

    When I view your connection attempts on our end, I don't see any attempts to connect to Fidelity Akoya. If you'd like to try that work around, please follow the directions in the article linked earlier in this discussion:
