Apple Card Manual CVS Import Not Working

I am following the exact step-by-step instructions in the article "How to Manually Import Transactions" to import my Apple Card transactions via CSV files (i.e. selecting "import from apple card", not altering the CSV file whatsoever, etc.) but I am receiving an error that says "unable to import". This method has worked in the past but for reason is not currently working. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
