Empower Retirement Discussion
It appears Quicken and Empower can't get along given the long list of community discussions here and on reddit.
I appreciate your Coach's help up to the point of asking when this would be fixed and then the message chat conversation was ended by the coach.
It appears connecting accounts to a central dashboard is the Quicken Simplifi's business proposition. With the inability to connect to my accounts or work to fix that, your business proposition is no longer beneficial.

Thanks for reaching out. To help clarify, is this 155 error something you are currently experiencing with Empower? If so, the thread I shared prior does contain information related to the 155 error for Empower, yes.
