I was having this issue with my Newport Group account. I reset my credentials on the website and then reset the connection in Simplifi. I now can't connect and am getting this error:
We are unable to connect to Newport Group at this time. Please try again later.

Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear about your recent trouble with Newport Group. To better assist us, can you please let us know if you are adding your account for the first time in Quicken Simplifi, or are you trying to update an existing account already in Quicken Simplifi?
If it is the latter, let's have you try with a fresh new connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!

Trying to update an existing account. I just made it manual and tried to add account for a fresh connection. Does not work. Error:

Hello @TaWa,
Thanks for letting us know. You will also want to try the following as well. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
