Cost basis not updating

I had entered cost basis information on my computer and when I open it in the iPad app, the information I entered on the computer is not there. When I try to re-enter it on the iPad, I enter the information, press update, and it still doesn’t add the information.

    @krmjo, thanks for posting to the Community!

    Since it sounds like the issue is unique to the Mobile App on your iPad, I'd suggest signing out and back in so all of the data refreshes and syncs with the Web App. If the issue persists after doing so, please try a full uninstall/reinstall of the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App. Also, just to clarify, is the cost basis information still entered on the Web App, or is it missing from there now too?

    It is syncing between the web and the app. I can update on the website, but in the app it does not save when I hit Update.

    I did. I ended up entering everything on the web and it synced with the app. Thank you.
