Allow for Account Balance History Download

Currently we can download transactions, but it would be nice to also have the ability to download a history of account balances since these are not necessarily aligned with simply a sum of the transactions on that account.

I know there's a Net Worth report coming along at some point, maybe this could be included there as an option (since I assume net worth is just going to be the sum of account balances over time)?

The Net Worth Report now allows you to see the historical and current balance of your accounts!
