The URL you provided looks like it's the regular US Bank website. Are you not seeing the option to add your Kroger Credit Card when using the U.S. Bank connection option? Have you tried using the U.S. Bank - PFM Direct Connect option?

If you have tried using that option, what happens when you try to connect? Do you see any error messages/codes?
