@brittny, thanks for posting your request to the Community!

Unfortunately, it looks like Transamerica is listed in our Unsupported Banks List here:

However, we can certainly keep this request alive so we're able to post any updates on the connection if/when they become available.

I hope this gets resolved. I was able to connect to Transamerica 401k retirement plan from other aggregating apps so I don't believe it's the institution blocking aggregation.

I live my life one line of code at a time…

  • I also would really like to see support for Transamerica!!

  • I also use Transamerica, and would love it if you worked on getting them added.

I also have a Transamerica account, and was able to update it automatically using Empower. I hope Simplifi can work on getting this link in place.

  • Also requesting support for Transamerica retirement accounts

There’s nothing in the Transamerica TOS that says they block aggregation. Can we get more info about this? Simplifi is useless without syncing to my primary retirement account. I feel like I just wasted my money. And it’s not like Transamerica is a “no name” firm. I’ve had no issues connecting with Mint or Wealthfront in the past.

  • so no updates then?

The Simplifi UI looks like it supports Transamerica Retirement. Does that include a Transamerica 401K? Trying to connect a 401K and can't get it to work.

The URL for Transamerica - Retirement Quicken is using is incorrect. Look up, Transamerica - Retirement, it's an outdated URL. It should be https://secure2.transamerica.com/login as the OP stated. I think fixing that will fix this "unsupported" platform. It's supported everywhere else but here which is a shame since we pay for this product. I will definitely be considering other options at the end of this subscription cycle if this isn't seriously looked at.

I was so excited about the retirement planner! Then I realized I can't even use it because my employer plan is through Transamerica 😫

The latest update from today allowed me to connect my account—we'll see if it sticks or breaks next update!
