when I type Investor360 or Inventor 360 in the "add financial institution" nothing comes up.

@Ken M, thanks for confirming the URL!
I'm also not finding this bank in Quicken Simplifi when searching. With that, I went ahead and turned this into a Missing Financial Institution Request so our product team can review it, and so we can keep it open and updated if/when new info becomes available on the missing connection.
In the meantime, you can track the account manually in Quicken Simplifi:

Can we get any kind of potential timeline for adding this financial institution. From what I understand, this connection was available on the desktop version on Quicken.

Not that it matters, I guess, but it was also available on Mint.

I also need access to Investor 360…. however I believe the URL for the interface is www.investor360.net according to Investor 360's documentation.
Please add this financial institution.

Investor 360 says their firms interface to Quicken works. However when searching for INVESTOR360 (according to their instructions), Simplifi says "No matching results for Investor360".

Please add Investor 360 to Quicken Simplifi, I’m paying for Quicken yet half my investments can’t be tracked in Quicken.

I had this linked in Simplifi for a year and it stopped working a week ago. Now when searching it says in the institution can't be found. If there a timeline to getting this restored?

Please add Investor 360. I was able to access before but now can’t. I do not want to switch my financial software but may need to if I can’t access 360. Thanks!

I will not renew if this doesn’t get added. I can’t get anyone to respond.

I just signed up for Quicken Simplifi and will drop it, since Investor360 is not supported.

I, too, need to add Infestor360 and it is NOT an option. I’m extremely disappointed that this isn’t an option and am seriously considering other, more comprehensive software.

When will my.investor360.com (Investor360) be fixed? It was working fine up until 4 or so months back and now it doesn't update. Please fix :-)

I also would like investor360 added to the list of financial institutions to connect to. If we don’t add back the investor360 connection (which was previously supported) I’ll have no option but to go with another service

We are not able to guarantee when or if a requested financial institution will be added, but these discussions do allow our teams to gage demand for the connection. It can also be helpful to contact the financial institution directly to ensure they know this is something their customers want.

Hello, Investor360 used to work and hasn't for a while now (as indicated by this post). Any updates on when it will come back?
Investor360 support was the reason I choose Simplifi over others when leaving Mint so please prioritize this :-)

Investor360 worked for me up until about 10 days ago. No notification that you would drop support, and like many others, the only reason I chose Simplifi over others after leaving Mint. I pay for the subscription here so I would expect that you would continue support of the connection, if not, there should have been at least some communication about when and why the support stopped. If this is not remedied, I will discontinue my subscription.

not working for me either after working consistently since i started using. This is a key reason i actually paid for simplifi and will go elsewhere if not fixed. Please help!
