Yes please. This connection has been broken for months and months now.1

Live Oak Bank just emailed customers that they recently added support for connections to QuickBooks. Hopefully this means they are now able to connect to Simplifi too. Please check if possible. Thank you.1

Hello @that_guy_jt,
Thanks for reaching out!
Sadly, I'm still not seeing Live Oak Bank available in Simplifi. To clarify, Quickbooks is a completely separate company from Quicken/Simplifi. However, I believe that Quickbooks uses the same aggregator as us, so hopefully this is a step in the right direction for Simplifi. 🤞

Looks like this has been a problem for over a year. Will this be resolved any time soon? Is there a work around?

Any update on this issue? This is my primary savings bank, so not ideal for manual import.

Has this issue been resolved? When I go into Quicken Simplifi and attempt to add my personal savings accounts at Live Oak Bank, I see "Live Oak Business Plus" as an option but not Live Oak Personal Banking. When I try selecting "Live Oak Business Plus:" using my (verified and up to date - I tested them) Live Oak personal banking access code and PIN, it errors out.
Does Quicken Simplifi need to add Live Oak Personal Banking as an option? Is there another way for me to connect to my Live Oak Personal Banking accounts? I use Live Oak for my savings needs and definitely do not want to update these accounts manually. Thanks!

I would also like to request the addition of Live Oak Bank (Personal Savings).

Has everyone on this queue asked to add Live Oak Bank Personal and Small Business login using . If you have not made the request directly in the ‘Add Bank’ page, then Quicken does not have a good sense of the queue that is waiting for this login add. I want to confirm with everyone that Live Oak’s Commercial banking is the Login that is listed currently, not the Personal/Small Business login. Be sure to specify that Quicken needs to add the Personal with the URL for personal. Thank you. All of us submitting this will elevate the item in the queue. Thanks!

I don’t understand what the problem is. [removed] has support for Live Oak Bank - Business and Personal, and my accounts sync flawlessly. In fact it’s a reason I’m considering switching to [removed].
Can someone explain why [removed] can support a bank that Quicken Simplifi does not? Isn’t the connection handled by a 3rd-party integration system (MX)?

I don't think "MX" is one of the 3rd party system's supported by Quicken Simplifi. Quicken support originated with Intuit connectors, and recently they added some other connectors (like maybe plaid and fincity) but MX I haven't heard of in terms of this product yet - but i might be wrong on that.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the explanation. I thought the industry was all using the same connectors. I didn’t realize Quicken used a proprietary connector.

I am able to find Live Oak Bank as an option in Simplifi. There is Live Oak Bank and Live Oak Business Plus that come up, but both seem to have the same link. When I select "Live Oak Bank" it shows "https://www.liveoakbank.com/" and I enter my User ID and password. But it will not connect. I confirmed I am using the correct user ID and password, but I receive the error below. Anyone able to connect? Thx
"To connect to Live Oak Bank, you must re-enter your credentials. If that does not work, try entering them on the website at Live Oak Bank to ensure they are correct. Care Code: FDP-103"

@Coach Natalie I have also separately reported needing corrections for the connection to Live Oak. The URL currently used is incorrect. The correct URL is liveoak.bank. I went through steps with a help agent via chat to provide the documentation around this. I think it was more than a month ago. It would be helpful to know if this process is moving or if this account will just need to be manual. I see years of history on this thread. Always appreciate your assistance, you are incredibly helpful!!
