Thank you for letting us know. Can you please provide updated logs so that we can get this escalated for you?
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

Thanks for the reply and the updated logs. The reason we ask for update logs is to capture the most recent events that occur within the program, which is why I asked again. I did reply to your DM as well. If you can provide what was asked for there, I will be sure to get this escalated!

This thread started over 2 months ago so I have to resign myself to the fact that Simplifi is unable and/ or unwilling to fix this. I have trialed other paid financial apps that didn't have this problem so I know it's not a widespread issue or one with the bank itself.
