OL-332 error with Edward Jones just started
Just started getting this error. Confirmed my correct email and password with the EJ website. Even went in and generated a new password, which I then also updated in Quicken. Still getting the error. No issues logging directly into Edward Jones. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just a "give it some time and try again" thing?

Hello,
Just started with me too! I know the credentials are correct. I tried to "Reset" the accounts but I get an error there as well. It says it is a "temporary problem but the accounts haven't updated since Saturday. I finally gave up and disconnected online services and deleted all the EJ accounts. I readded them from scratch. The same credentials worked this time (as I knew they would) but I got some warnings that EJ now only supports "Simple Investing" (which ironically is what I was using so no idea why the warning). However, when I go through a one step update cycle now the account values are incorrect. It seems that something has changed and none of the insured bank deposit or bonds are updating. Stocks and Mutual Funds seem to work. No idea what is going on but would appreciate any suggestions from Quicken Support.
