Multiple Issues - Alerts Not Clearing, Achievements Reset Improperly
Hi team,
I've run into a couple more issues recently that I wanted to flag here:
- Alerts not clearing properly – It’s taking multiple attempts to clear alerts, which adds unnecessary friction to daily use.
- Achievement tracking is inconsistent – Despite logging in more frequently than usual this past week, my streak for consecutive weeks of activity has reset. What gives?
These are in addition to other long-standing issues that many users (myself included) have already reported, including:
- Refunds showing in all accounts
- Goals not clearing as expected
I understand that bugs happen, but what’s increasingly frustrating is the lack of communication around timelines for fixes and extended wait times for resolution. As a paying customer, it’s difficult to justify continued use of a product that’s been in the market for five years and is experiencing this level of instability. It doesn't exactly inspire trust.
Could you provide any updates on these specific issues or share when we can expect meaningful improvements?

When reporting issues in the Community, you will want to create a separate post for each issue. You will want to discuss each individual issue in its respective post and provide as much detail as possible so others can best assist you.
