Axos Bank and Other Connection Issues (edited)

Can you PLEASE change your connection methods and use what others are using that do not pose issues when trying to link a bank? This is absurd, both my primary accounts can't be linked due to the failure on the company's part to resolve these issues.

Why keep a paid service that serves no purpose? Ridiculous!!

    Thank you for letting us know you're having connection issues. I know it's frustrating when the main financial institutions you use won't connect in Quicken Simplifi.

    I can see that you're impacted by the known issue with 103 errors with Axos bank. If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you bookmark the alert linked below in order to be notified of any updates, once available, and to know when the issue is resolved.

    To help troubleshoot the other connection issues you mentioned, please provide more information. Which other financial institution(s) are you encountering issues with? What error message/code are you seeing?

    Thanks but no thanks. Obviously this has been going on since 2024. I paid for the annual subscription thinking that perhaps you might have fixed these issues but I was wrong.

    I think a refund of the difference in time is appropriate given the lack of ability to correct these issues. You have my account information. Send the refund there. Thanks!

    When viewing your account from our end, I don't see that you're subscribed to Quicken Simplifi. Since you are using Quicken Classic, you will need to contact their Community or Support Team.
