the "net income" report graph has been replaced with "income and expense" report table on Edge.

    Quicken Product folks, please bring back the net income graph. You can have the new income and expense report as well as the net income graph. They both serve different purposes. We want it back.

  • This was a useful tool that I would look at every time I logged in. Need to have this capability turned back on.

  • Not sure where to post this so I have provided this feedback on multiple spots. The Net Income tab is (was) very useful for an overall view for the monthly expenses (planned and unplanned). That got turned off and need to be reinstated. Also for the overall product development perspective, what is the process of deciding turning features on and off and how does user feedback collected and its impact on the final decision?

    Hello everyone,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I am guessing that the Income & Expense Report, which has been in Early Access since May, has now been released to all users. I am awaiting a response from our product team to confirm.

    The Income & Expense Report replaces the Net Income Report. Here is the announcement for this new feature:

    And here is the feedback thread, where you can leave your feedback or report any issues with the Income & Expense Report:

    I hope this information helps!

    On the web, I can not tell a difference between the 'income & expense report' graphs and the 'net income' graphs. It looks identical to me. On the IOS Mobile app, I'm still seeing the 'net income by month' report. Maybe the changes haven't hit my account yet?

    I have confirmed that the Income & Expense Report has officially replaced the Net Income Report on the Quicken Simplifi Web App. The announcement I linked above has been updated accordingly!

    I would also like the graph back. The new expense report is fine, but having a simple, at-a-glance graph is a very useful tool that I use often. I do not like only having the chart option.

    @knim, thanks for the reply!

    You will want to share any feedback regarding this new feature in the official feedback thread so it can be viewed by our product team:

    You can also create an Idea post requesting a Net Income Report on the Web App, or asking that the Income & Expense Report include a graph, so other users can vote on it. Our FAQ here has more info on creating Idea posts here in the Community:

    Additionally, I believe that the Net Income Report is only being replaced on the Web App, so the Net Income by Month Report will still be available on the Mobile App.

    I hope this helps!

    Update: I did learn that the Income & Expense Report will be rolled out to the Mobile App soon as well, so I believe the Net Income by Month Report will no longer be available there. I did share the feedback regarding the graph, however!

    Another update: It sounds like the Income & Expense Report for the Basic version of Quicken Simplifi will have a graph at some point in the near future.
