    Hi @Coach Natalie I’m not sure it’s really worth continuing to pursue. It seems like a fringe account type and issue that very few people are affected by, and the developers have bigger fish to fry. Honestly, I’d rather the devs spend their time on bigger fish as well, like long-promised features - cough - Kelley Blue Book integration - cough… ;)

    @Coach Natalie I agree. It's a lot of work for me to keep submitting data and I'm also doing this on a few other integrations concurrently too (HumanInterest retirement accounts, for example). If I find some spare time I may try again.

    @trewbux & @clintval, I definitely understand, and although our product team is not who works on online banking issues (that would be our engineering team), it does seem that our service provider is having trouble fixing this issue, given how many times they've come back to have you try again, and it still not working.

    If you'd both prefer to track the account manually moving forward, we can certainly close out the ticket! Just let me know. Otherwise, I can confirm that KBB integration is in the works!
