FDP-102 when trying to add Sam’s Credit Card [Edited]
I have been unsuccessful in adding my Sam’s Credit Card for two weeks. I keep getting a FDP102 error. I called Quicken and they said it was a problem with my Windows based computer. They wanted to charge me $130 to fix the issue. I told them I have the same issue when using it with my iPad. I found the phone support from Quicken very sketchy. Now I’m trying this community to find out what the real problem is with adding my Sam’s Credit Card.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
Support is included in your subscription. If someone claiming to be Quicken Support is trying to charge you extra to fix the problem, then you are not talking to Quicken support. Please email all details you have on this to spoof@quicken.com so it can be forwarded to the proper channels and further investigated.
When you refer to Sam's Credit Card, do you mean Sam's Club Credit Card? I can see that you've been getting the FDP-102 error when attempting to connect to the Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou connection option. Have you tried using any of the other connection options?
If you haven't used the other options, please check to see if you're able to get connected using one of them. If you are still unable to connect, please let us know and please send logs. To send logs, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

I continue to have issues on connecting my Sam’s Credit Card. You asked for my logs and I have sent them to you Kristina but never heard back. I’m working around this issue but it would be a lot easier just to connect my Sam’s card.
