When will J. Crew's credit card be added?
I have been trying for over a year to get the J. Crew credit card updated. The link you have is wrong. It should be: https://jcrew.syf.com/

You will need to look for the specific branded cards in the bank list since the mastercard.syf.com connection option doesn't work for branded cards, as mentioned by Coach Kristina. For example, I see Lowe's and Harbor Freight as individual bank options.
If the branded card isn't listed, it is likely not supported. You can submit a request for a missing bank by following our Ideas process here in the Community:

I'm not seeing an existing option in Quicken Simplifi for J. Crew, nor am I seeing any connection attempts for you for this particular bank. To clarify, are you looking to have a missing bank added to Quicken Simplifi, or are you reporting a connection issue with an existing bank option? If the latter, please let us know the name of the bank, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.

This may be of no help, but I think this is a Synchrony Mastercard. Have you tried using the Synchrony Bank connection with Simplifi.
I know other credit cards such as Fidelity will let you log on either at Fidelity or at Elon Bank. Of course, you may have to set it up on their website first.
Disregard if you've already tried this or yours is not a Synchrony card. Good luck.

I'll add to this. My wife just got a J Crew card that's managed by Synchrony Bank. I already have credentials through Synchrony for my Lowes card (lowes.syf.com) that worked fine. I tried to use the mastercard.syf.com selection, but I am getting FDP-103 when I try to add a new account with her credentials, regardless of which syf.com bank selection I try.

Thank you for letting us know you're also seeing this issue. The mastercard.syf.com connection option works for cards issued directly by Synchrony Bank, but does not work with branded cards that are serviced by Synchrony Bank (such as J. Crew). Sometimes, it's possible to connect a branded card using another branded card's connection option, but that doesn't always work. Aside from mastercard.syf.com, have you tried any of the other connection options?

I have. Lowe's, Harbor Freight, Google, Sam's Club, At Home. All give the same error.

This is old. They apparently changed providers. That link takes you to Bread Financial. Their cards are now managed by Synchrony.
