FDP-401 Amex Unresolved

This issue has been unresolved since at least mid-September. It's now nearly the END of OCTOBER. WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY ISN'T THIS FIXED?

This should be a TOP PRIORITY for your team. The fact that it has remain unfixed for 1.5 months is genuinely INSANE. [removed - profanity/rant]

    @theytoldmeineedaname, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when online banking isn’t working as expected. While our teams don’t provide ETAs during an ongoing issue, we truly appreciate your patience. We recommend following the applicable Alert here in the Community so you’ll be notified as soon as updates are available.

    Additionally, for this particular issue, I've noticed users reporting that the connection works when trying again, so I would definitely recommend continuing to try, even outside of active banking hours.
