    UPDATED 10/28/25

We have learned that due to a recent security update to passkey authentication on HealthEquity's end, HealthEquity no longer supports connections with third-party financial data aggregators, which is causing an FDP-101 error in Quicken Simplifi.

This decision was made by the financial institution, but we understand how it may impact Quicken Simplifi users and apologize for the inconvenience. We are continuing to work with our aggregation partner to pursue a resolution.

    Thank you!
