Hello @areguera,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue! That error code typically means that the financial institution is blocking our attempts to establish a connection.
I can see there are multiple connection options for Banco Popular. Have you tried connecting using one of the other options?
I look forward to your reply!

@Ed from peerre, thanks for joining the discussion!
When checking Banco Popular Puerto Rico EWC in Quicken Simplifi, I see a connection error banner indicating thath there are currently connection issues. I would recommend continuing to try every so often and waiting for this banner to clear to see if you are then able to connect your accounts.
Let us know how things go!

As I posted on the Quicken community, I have the same issue. Two weeks since my last sync with Banco Popular. I've tried many times. Same Care Code: FDP-155.
This is especially frustrating given the very recent issue with FDP-103:

@AlbFer, thanks for posting on this topic! We definitely understand how frustrating online banking issues can be.
When checking in Quicken Simplifi, I no longer see the connection error banner that was present earlier in this thread. I also tried to connect with dummy credentials and did not receive an FDP-155 error; I received an FDP-103 error, which is to be expected since I'm not using real login information.
With that, I have checked your connection attempts with Banco Popular Puerto Rico EWC from our end, and I don't see any attempts since 10/21. I would recommend giving this another try.
Let us know how things goes!

I kept clicking "try again" on the app multiple times per week, to no avail. Just now I tried a different approach and attempted to add the same accounts again as new accounts. That seemed to solve the problem.

@AlbFer, I'm glad to hear you were able to get connected!
To clarify, did you end up with duplicate accounts by adding new accounts, or were you able to get linked back up to your original accounts? If the former, please let us know if you need assistance with linking to your original accounts and getting rid of the new duplicates.
