Export to PDF is practically useless to me
I have already expressed my frustration with exporting my Tax Report, which takes 30+ pages.
Last month I exported my Income & Expense Report to PDF and it was great. Showed all 10 months in 1-2 pages.
Today, the 11th month report takes 11 pages. It's useless. No one is going to try to fool with that. I would post a GIF of the screen which takes maybe two pages but it has my income and expenses for the year, and I don't care to do that.
But why is it that the PDF looks nothing like what you see on the screen? Why?

Of course, I can do quarterly and that helps. I can export to Excel, but it is ugly and needs a lot of formatting. The formatting is already there in Simplifi so why cannot the export keep the nice formatting.
To be clear, I don't care to print reports. It would just be paper wasted. The purpose of a PDF is to send it to the wife, and it needs to be clear an succinct. She isn't going to spend time trying to figure it out.

@SRC54, thanks for sharing your feedback with the Community!
On my end, I am seeing that when exporting multiple months, the month columns are not all able to fit on a single page, so the categories start over again with the additional months.
With that, the best way to suggest changes to the current design is to create an Idea post so other users can vote on it, and our product team can review it. I was going to turn this into an Idea post, but I wasn't sure if you were just looking to leave your feedback in the Community for others to join the discussion.
If you do create an Idea post, I think a "condensed" print/export option for the Income & Expense Report, like the one you created for the Taxes Report, should cover it.
I hope this helps!

@Coach Natalie Many thanks. I may well do that later. The problem is that so far I haven't gotten nary a response to the Taxes suggestion. I was initially so excited to be able to export to PDF but the execution has not been so great.
I switched to quarters, and it worked better, so I sent that to my wife. The Excel export is better but ugly. I wish the export would keep the bold fonts and headers.
I know most people are not interested in printing reports or even in PDFs, but it would be nice if they formatted more closely to what is on the page. Mainly I just want the recipient to see the data.

@SRC54, I definitely understand where you're coming from!
I see that the official feedback thread for the ability to download and print reports is still open, and that the ability to do so is still in Early Access. You may be better off leaving your feedback there for our product team!
