Valic/AIG Connection not working
I realize my problem is being caused by Valic/AIG. After their security breach about a year ago, I have had nothing but grief. Everybody was down for months. When they finally allowed connection, it would drop every month and take days to reestablish. Usually, I could call tech support and get it fixed it a day or two but I have been down 20 days straight. Is anyone else have problems with Valic/AIG? Support said they would text me when it was fixed but could not give me a date for the fix.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I can see you already contacted Support about the issue (FDP-101 errors with AIG Retirement - My Streetscape) and that they escalated the issue. Unfortunately, our teams do not give ETAs. I can see that the escalated ticket is open and ongoing, but no further information/updates are available right now.
