Data not refreshing for Citi Bank
Setup the Citi bank first time a week back. At that time, though the system was showing a message that error connecting to citibank, I chose connect anyway. So I was able to add the account successfully last week. But since then data is not been refreshed. And it is showing "Service is currently unavailable" icon as above. I tried almost every other day, and it has been an issue.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. The error typically happens if the financial institution is reporting high traffic, and should clear on it's own. For more information, please review this article:
Has this issue been happening for a week? Do you always check your Quicken Simplifi at the same time of day, or have you been encountering this issue at different times of the day? I can see that you recently tried reconnecting the accounts. Did that help at all, or is the issue persisting?

Yes, since the first day, I added the Citibank account. I have during regular business hours as well as on Saturday/Sunday morning.
I tried to re-add the account. But that did not solve the problem.
Anyway, can I remove the account and add it back? Just checking if that resolves the issue. If so, need help on steps to reomove the account.

I just checked again. And I do NOT see the "Service is currently unavailable" icon status now. :)
So looks like the issue is resolved somehow. Will monitor for the next week.
