    Hi Kristina, Any updates? On a lark, I went on this morning and lo and behold I was FINALLY able to connect for the FIRST TIME EVER literally after a month and half subscribed to Quicken. But then I came back an hour later and now it won't connect or sync again. I am getting "care code FDP-7500". Is this what using quicken is always like? I don't understand how I supposed to use this as a budgeting tool if it never connects. Any information would be super helpful. Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for the issues you've been experiencing with Elevations Credit Union in Quicken Simplifi. When checking from our side, I can see that the most recent connection attempt for you did not present the FDP-7500 error or any error in general. Are you still experiencing this or other errors? Let us know!
