Space Sharing: @tagging for notifications

I am the primary account holder however I manage my finances jointly with my spouse. I have found that I am constantly reaching out to her to ask her about her purchases. Often times, I am reaching out to ask what it is so that I can categorize the transaction for budgeting purposes. It would be super convenient to notify an authorized/primary user via an @tag. I would use this by @tagging my spouse and asking what category a transaction should fall under. Instead of having to follow up at home or while she is working.
