CareCredit returning a fdp-102 error

Hi,

My CareCredit account has had a fdp-102 error for the past 9 days. I've tried to reconnect and it doesn't work, still giving the fdp-102 error.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this problem. To troubleshoot this issue, since it's already been going on longer than 48 hours, please follow these steps:

    1. Make the account manual. For instructions, click here.
    2. Add the account back into your Quicken Simplifi. For instructions, click here.
    3. Carefully link the account to the existing account in your Quicken Simplifi. For instructions, click here.
