I'm still seeing issues with my Savings goals. I'm hoping I get the fixes soon, as I don't want to make any contributions while they are messed up!

Hello everyone!
I am back with an update from our product team for this issue. The $0 balance issue for all manually tracked accounts and assets should be resolved as of today. Can you please let us know if you are still experiencing any problems related to the issues reported in this thread?
Thank you!

Can you please address the request that was made more than once earlier in this thread for some transparency on how this serious bug occurred and what steps Quicken is taking to prevent similar occurrences in the future?
Like others have said, this has shaken my confidence in the software. I was already considering switching to another service provider before my next renewal date because of an ongoing issue I’m personally experiencing (I have been waiting nearly two years for a resolution of, or even any sort of explanation for, my broken Watchlists, which all always show $0), and this new problem and the lack of transparency around it is not helping.

It's a very weird issue. It simultaneously:
- added visible spurious "Opening Balance" entries to asset accounts,
- added similar invisible amounts to those accounts,
- added what appear to be multiples of the contribution amounts to some Savings Goals, and
- increased the expected contributions to those Goals.
Those things are all similar is a way — adding multiples of something to something else — but it's hard to imagine what sort of programming mistake could cause them all. Particularly when not all asset accounts or savings goals were affected.

Savings goals are still erroneously showing as complete on chrome on PC and on iphone app. They show correctly on safari on macbook and are correctly handled in the spending plan. For chrome on macbook, the goals seem to be correctly categorized as active and complete, but many of the active goals are not included in the spending plan calculations. I opened simplifi on safari on iphone and it appears to have the same issues as chrome on macbook.
Any update on this?

FWIW, I'm using Chrome on a PC and my Savings Goals eventually fixed their false "completed" status and began to show up in future months' Spending Plans.
Your Goals that are still marked "complete," do they all show a percentage < 100%, like this?

I deleted and re added the manual accounts and it seems to be holding the values now.

So I logged out of all the open instances of Simplifi and logged back in.
Good news: in the savings goal tab, the saving goals seem to have the correct amounts and are correctly categorized as active or complete.
Bad news #1: the savings goals are still not treated correctly in the spending plan.
Income taxes, car taxes, and camps are all active goals with a defined amount to contribute each month. As you can see, the spending plan as $0 to set aside for those goals.
Bad news #2: I am unable to log onto Simplifi on Safari on my macbook. Username and password are the same as I used to log onto all my other devices.

I tried logging out and back in on iOS. This did NOT fix the goal balances being double, fwiw.

Has anybody tried clearing out their cache and cookies. I picked up a new Web update this morning and everything seems to be correct so far.
